How can I Book?

Making a booking with Camp 4 Champs couldn’t be simpler! You can either book online by completing a booking form or give our friendly Customer Service Team a call on 07935962812 (Essex) or 07731535909 (Surrey) who are on hand to help and give advice every step of the way, from your initial enquiry until your child’s return from camp.

How and when do I pay?

Once you have submitted a booking form, you will receive a booking confirmation.  The email will explain how you can make payment.

Can I book individual days?

Our discounted bundle days offer savings, but we also appreciate this may not suit your individual needs, so we also offer bookings for individual days.

Can I make changes to my booking?

We understand that your childcare plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible for you, and also as fair as possible to all customers. You can change booking dates for FREE up to 14 days before your Camp 4 Champs booking. You must do this in writing. Please see please see Terms and Conditions for full details.

What should I do if my child is sick or unable to attend?

You know your child best and we understand that at times they may be feeling too poorly to attend our fun packed camp. That’s why we trust that you’re responsible for ensuring your child is well-enough to participate in the activity sessions, and for ensuring other children aren’t affected by your child’s ill-health. Please read our Terms and Conditions with regard to cancellations and changes but please note: We are unable to offer any credits for missed days due to illness or cancellation without 14 days written notice.

What happens after I make my booking?

You’ll receive an email confirmation with all your booking details attached. Please make sure you check the information provided thoroughly and let us know immediately if anything is incorrect. Responsibility for all booking details rests with the person who made the booking.
