Update medical information, allergies, dietary requirements, emergency contacts or collection permissions before camp.
Urgent camp-day issue
If your child is attending camp today and you need to tell us something urgent, please call HQ. If we are unable to answer straight away, please email bookings@camp4champs.co.uk and we will call you back as soon as reasonably possible. Please do not rely on text messages or social media for urgent camp-day matters, as these channels are not monitored continuously.

For general enquiries, booking support and parent questions, please email Camp 4 Champs HQ in the first instance.
We monitor emails during the evenings where possible. Urgent camp-day matters will be prioritised, and non-urgent enquiries may be answered the next working day.
Please include your child’s name, venue, booking date and reference where relevant. This helps us respond more quickly.

If you have a safeguarding concern relating to Camp 4 Champs, please contact us as soon as possible and mark your message clearly as Safeguarding Concern. If a child is at immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services on 999.
