Booking 2 answers
How do I book?

You can book online through our booking system. Choose your venue, select your dates and complete your child’s registration details.

Can I book individual days?

Yes. Camp 4 Champs can be booked by individual days, subject to availability. Week-long booking discounts may be available and are automatically calculated when you book.

Prices & payment 2 answers
How much does camp cost?

Our standard day is £41, with Early Bird pricing from £39.50 when you book early. All core activities are included in the price.

Do you accept Tax-Free Childcare and vouchers?

Yes. We accept Tax-Free Childcare and employer childcare vouchers as full or part payment where available. A 10% card deposit is required at booking while you arrange the external payment. Once the full external payment has been received and matched, the deposit is refunded to the card used at booking.

What are the standard camp times?

Our standard camp day runs from 9:00am–4:00pm.

Do you offer wraparound care?

Wraparound care is available at selected venues. Breakfast Camp is £4 with drop-off from 7:30am–9:00am. Extended Camp is £6 with collection before 6:00pm.

What to bring 2 answers
What should my child bring?

Packed lunch, snacks, refillable water bottle, comfortable clothes, trainers or closed-toe shoes, sun cream and hat in warm weather, labelled medication if required, swimming kit and towel at swim sites, and a small amount of tuck shop money if you are happy for them to use the tuck shop.

Is Camp 4 Champs nut-free?

Yes. Camp 4 Champs is a nut-free environment, so please do not send food containing nuts.

Can my child be with a friend or sibling?

Please speak to the team at drop-off. We will always try to help where possible, but groups depend on age, numbers, activities and staffing, so requests cannot be guaranteed.

What if my child has a medical condition?

Please provide full details during booking so we can understand your child’s needs before they attend. In some circumstances, we may ask for further information or additional forms before confirming arrangements.

Is swimming available at every venue?

No. Swimming is available at selected venues only.

Changes, cancellations & illness 1 answer
Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking are refunded minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Absence due to illness or personal circumstances is non-refundable.

Photos, permissions & safety 2 answers
Will photos of my child be used?

Photo and video permissions are collected during booking. Official photos and videos are only taken where permissions are in place. Parents and visitors are not permitted to take photographs or videos on site.

Are staff DBS checked?

Yes. Camp 4 Champs uses DBS-checked staff and trained first aid cover on site.
